Why AllergEase?

At AllergEase we aim to be the best in class and believe that

"100% customer satisfaction should be the norm rather than just a target".

Punctual photo To achieve this AllergEase insist on the 4P's

  • Punctual: You don't want to be sitting at home wondering if the AllergEase operator is going to turn up. If we agree that an AllergEase operator will turn up at your house at 10am then that's what time the operator will arrive. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the AllergEase operator will be more than five minutes late you will receive a phone call informing you of the delay.

  • Presentable: Your AllergEase operator will be smartly turned out wearing clothing suitable for the task in hand.

  • Polite: Good manners cost nothing. The operator who carries out the cleaning operation in your home is an ambassador for AllergEase and is expected to be polite and courteous at all times. Trophy

  • Professional: Your AllergEase operator will have completed a thorough training program and be fully experienced operating all the equipment involved with the cleaning process. The operator will also be knowledgeable about dust mites and the allergies that they trigger and will be able to make suggestions to assist you in avoiding further dust mite related issues.
AllergEase is part of a team of over 200 Hygienitech worldwide dealers providing the financial investment for constant research and development into process improvements. Any new techniques available will have been intensely tested for effectiveness before they are made available to AllergEase.
At AllergEase we listen to what you say and welcome either suggestions or advice from our clients which we pass back to Hygienitech. We accept criticism as well as praise and genuinely believe that by listening and reacting to what you say enables us to better our relationship with you.

"The role of mites as a single most important source of house dust allergy has been established. There has been a steady progress in our understanding of the way in which allergens from dust mites can contribute to asthma, rhinitis and atopic dermatitis."
